Each of the workshops scheduled for Fiscal Year 1997 will focus on a specific theme. Speakers will present current state-of-the-science in vitro methodologies, as well as address cost, animal welfare and IACUC issues. Representatives from NIH and USDA will address regulatory considerations relative to the proposed ban.
