On November 21, 2012, the NIH issued two Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs): RFA-RM-12-023 "Diffusion of Medical Technology and Effects on Outcomes and Expenditures (U01)" and RFA-RM-12-024 "Determinants and Consequences of Personalized Health Care and Prevention (U01)." As a result of discussions with potential applicants, NIH has provided a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and answers.
