Purpose

The Allowed Subaward/Consortium Fees are clarified for the purpose of budget preparation.

Part 2. Section II. Award Information Award Budget is amended as follows: An applicant may request a budget for Direct Costs of up to $100,000 per year. Facilities and Administrative (F&A) costs requested by consortium participants must be included in the Direct Cost limitation.

Part 2. Section IV, Number 6, Other Submission Requirements and Information is amended as follows: Consortium/Contractual Total Costs are counted against the funding ceiling for Total Direct Costs. This line item must include both Direct and Indirect costs for all Subaward/Consortium organizations (Part 1, Section 4.7.3, Item F. Other Direct Costs of the SF424R&R Application Guide).
