Purpose

The Allowed Subaward/Consortium Fees for PAR-12-252 are clarified for the purpose of budget preparation. In Section IV., Number 6, consortium/contractual total costs are counted against the funding ceiling for total direct costs. This line item should include both direct and indirect costs for all subaward/consortium organizations (page I-87 of the SF424 (R&R Guide), detailed budget).
