The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) gives notice of the clarification of RFA-08-003 Mining Occupational Safety and Health Research (R01) to clarify the ceiling level of $375,000 in total costs.
Section II. Award Information, 2. Funds Available, third paragraph, should read:
If an applicant requests a funding amount greater than the ceiling of $375,000 in total costs, HHS/CDC will consider the application non-responsive, and it will not enter into the review process. HHS/CDC will notify the applicant that the application did not meet the submission requirements.
