SCAW IACUC Training Workshop: May 13, 2011 in Boston, MA

The Scientists Center for Animal Welfare (SCAW) will present an IACUC Training Workshop on May 13, 2011 in Boston, MA with support from the Massachusetts Society for Medical Research, the NIH, Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare (OLAW) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Animal Care.

SCAW developed this one day educational workshop for experienced Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) members and administrators, principal investigators, attending veterinarians, regulatory personnel and laboratory animal care staff. The program focuses on topics such as advanced protocol review and provides opportunities for small discussion groups and sharing of information among participants.
