Notice of Correction to RFA-MD-11-001 NCMHD Health Disparities Research (R01)

The purpose of this notice is to correct an error in the Applicant Processing and the Agency Contacts sections of RFA-MD-11-001.

Since resubmission applications are permitted under this FOA, the last paragraph under Section IV. Application and Submission Information, subsection 3.C.3 Viewing an Application in eRA Commons should be replaced with the following language:

"The NIH will not accept any application in response to this FOA that is essentially the same as one currently pending initial merit review unless the applicant withdraws the pending application. The NIH will not accept any application that is essentially the same as one already reviewed. However, the NIH will accept a resubmission application, but such application must include an Introduction addressing the critique from the previous review." 

Furthermore, the published telephone number in Section VII. Agency Contacts for Dr. Robert Nettey was listed as 301-496-399. The correct telephone number for Dr. Robert Nettey is 301-496-3996.

All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
