Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to inform the scientific community that the National Institutes of Health is implementing an alternate plan for receipt and review of applications seeking access the high-throughput genotyping services at the Center for Inherited Disease Research (CIDR). Information about how to gain access to CIDR can be found at: http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-08-258.html. Beginning immediately, the modified application and review process described below will be available to all members of the scientific community seeking access to CIDR.

Processing and Review Schedule: Applications may be submitted at any time and will be reviewed no later than 120 days after receipt. Because of the need to assign an Advisory Council date, the following schedule will be followed. However, applications may be moved to earlier councils as timing permits.
