Purpose

PAR-13-231"Phenotyping Embryonic Lethal Knockout Mice (R01)" encourages R01 applications to phenotype embryonic lethal knockout (KO) mouse strains being generated through the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC), of which the NIH Knockout Mouse Phenotyping Program (KOMP2) is a member. The purpose of this Notice is to inform interested applicants that a list of lethal and sub-viable KO mouse strains available for phenotyping has been posted on the IMPC data coordinating center website at http://www.mousephenotype.org/news-and-events/impc-lethal-lines. The KOMP2 Mouse Phenotyping Informatics Infrastructure (MPI2) Consortium (The European Bioinformatics Institute, the Medical Research Council at Harwell, and the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute) will update this list every two weeks until search capabilities are engineered for the website.
