Purpose

NIH has announced plans to transition all multi-project applications to electronic submission (NOT-OD-12-161). Because of this, the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) announces the termination of PAR-12-187 "NIGMS National Centers for Systems Biology (P50)". A revised FOA with instructions for electronic submission will be issued. The new receipt date in 2013 is expected to be in November.
