Purpose

This Notice is to inform the research community that NIEHS, NICHD and NIDDK will expire PAR-11-170 (R01) and PAR-11-171 (R21), Role of Environmental Chemical Exposures in the Development of Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome, and will no longer accept applications, effective immediately. The NIEHS, NICHD and NIDDK intend to release new program announcements in these areas in April 2012.
