The purpose of this Notice is to change the recommendation regarding costs associated with a team science approach for PAR-08-182: Collaborative Interdisciplinary Team Science in Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases (R24) .  Because of the need to have prior approval of applications submitted in response to this FOA all budgets must meet or exceed $500,000 per year (direct costs) for each of up to five years. The policy regarding prior approval for budget requests of $500,000 or more will apply (See https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-02-004.html).
