Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform the scientific community of an additional submission date for PAR-10-197: NIDDK Multi-Center Clinical Study for Implementation Planning Grants (U34).  In addition to the submission dates originally published on May 18, 2010, the submission and review cycle shown below has been added to this FOA. 

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
