NIDA and NIMH will host a technical assistance workshop for individuals interested in developing and submitting an application in response to RFA-DA-06-001, Enhancing Practice Improvement in Community-Based Care for Prevention and Treatment of Drug Abuse or Co-Occurring Drug Abuse and Mental Disorders . The workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 11 at the Neuroscience Conference Center, 6001 Executive Blvd, Bethesda, Maryland (same location as NIDA and NIMH offices). This 1-day meeting will provide guidance in responding to this NIH Funding Opportunity Announcement and is open to all interested parties. It may be videocast and a summary of the information presented will be available on the NIDA and NIMH web sites to all potential applicants. Attendees may wish to submit a research concept in advance of the workshop, so that NIDA and NIMH staff members can provide individual consultation, if requested.
