Purpose

This Notice is to correct RFA-CA-14-012 "Cancer Intervention and Surveillance Modeling Network (CISNET) (U01)" with regard to the instructions for applicants in the following two spots of Section IV.2. Content and Form of Application Submission.

The budget allocation for the Coordinating Center should generally not exceed $90K in direct costs per year (including all costs for the required Patient and Stakeholder Advisory Group, see Research Strategy below).

Part 2. Section IV.2. Instructions for Application Submission

Research Strategy, subheading "Sub-section A", currently reads:
A rationale for determining which of the priority areas will be addressed should be included in this section. A separate subsection highlighting patient-centered modeling work to be conducted should be included.

Modified to read:

All other aspects of RFA-CA-14-012 remain unchanged.
