Please note that the registration for this seminar is completely electronic. Therefore paper registration is neither available nor accepted.
Full registration is required to attend any portion of this conference. Attendee registration fee includes: conference materials, two continental breakfasts, two lunches, and refreshment breaks, and access to all sessions including the Technology Transfer Workshop.
Fees
$345 - Register by April 15, 2011
$385 - Register April 16, 2011 to May 31, 2011
$425 - Register late on June 1, 2011 or after
After May 31, 2011, only late registration is available online and onsite. At that time, the registration fee will be $425.

Attendees are personally responsible for all money due. Registration fees may be paid securely online with a major credit card (AMEX is not accepted) or by check. Cancellations/ Refunds, and Substitutions
Requests for cancellation of a conference registration must be made by email and sent to ConferenceInquiries@mail.nih.gov. Requests submitted via phone, voice-mail message, fax, or mail will not be accepted. If you cancel your registration (full or partial) and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days of the close of the event. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
All cancellation requests must be received via email by the registration deadline dates as follows:
- If received on or before May 20, 2011: Ripple Effect will refund the full amount of your registration payment minus a $40.00 processing fee.
- If received after May 20, 2011: Requests for cancellation/refund will not be honored. No refund will be issued.
Substitutions are allowed. Requests for substitutions must be submitted by email to ConferenceInquiries@mail.nih.gov no later than June 6, 2011. After this date, substitutions may not be honored. Shared registrations are not allowed. Refunds are not given for no-shows. |
